Kia was broken into, window smashed, striking wheel was ripped apart, the dealership was only concerned about the payment of the damage. There was

Towed the car back to the dealership since they wanted me to pay for the damages out of pocket.
Kia of Greenway is a joke!

I went in, told them I will buy this car today, here's my paid off trade in, I'm putting $5k cash down, I want to finance the rest @ 48 months, my credit score is >800. The process still took 3hrs, most of which I spent waiting, reading old magazines. I was given no training on all the features of the car, although the salesman made me watch him click all the boxes that said he showed me how to use everything. I live an hour away so coming back the next day was not convenient. As much as I love the car, I would not recommend to anyone they buy from a KIA dealership as I had a similar bad experience at my local KIA dealer, did not buy from them, drove the hour to Greenway only to find the terrible purchase process is apparently acceptable to KIA everywhere.
