In a year Go see Erica at Imperial if you want to be treated with respect and want to get the perfect vehicle to meet your needs. In a year's time, I dealt with about a dozen car dealerships. I met many pushy salespeople, as well as a few very nice ones. However, Erica is a cut above any other salesperson that I have ever dealt with. Her absolute dedication to helping me find the perfect vehicle was impressive, and her patience was outstanding. Not once did she show any sign of irritation, nor did she pressure me to make a decision and sign. Even at the last minute, when I was very anxious about signing the paperwork and almost backed out, Erica maintained her calm demeanor and friendly attitude. I think that it also reflects very well on the dealership that they did not step in and try to take over the process, pushing me into signing prematurely. This has happened to me at other dealerships where I came close to buying. Typically, the nicer and less pushy the salesperson, the more likely the sales manager will take over or will assign a pushier salesperson to take over. If you are a skeptic who doesn't believe that someone can have "the patience of a saint," you are wrong. Erica does. Save yourself a lot of time and a lot of headaches, and go see her first. More
