I am so glad that Richelle had talked me into the wrap as my bill was very reasonable because almost everything was covered. I will most definitely be recommending Palm Springs Nissan. The thing that may have impressed me even more is that the GM, I believe his name is Majed walked through the waiting room and kept asking me if I needed anything. The room was busy and sales people were sellling but somehow the entire staff made everyone feel like they were the only one there. So impressed. 5 stars!!!! More

Best car shopping experience ever! This is the 3rd nissan I have had, 1st one was totaled and was VERY impressed on how safe my husband was in such a bad head on/t bone crash. That was with my sentra sr, then got a 2nd sentra sr had it for about a year and started a cleaning business so needless to say need more space! I just financed a 2017 Rogue sv and I honestly have never been so happy with how I was treated, how they worked with me and my financial needs and my new Rogue!!! Javier and the rest of the Nissan staff, including the general manager Majed worked with us to find the best lease deal. In the end we traded my wife's car on a 2017 Rogue SV.
