She’s very knowledgeable and shows me tricks I didn’t know on my car, she’s a great listener when I’m trying to explain my concerns and she is an excellent communicator keeping me apprised and explaining things to me. Mandy has managed the service of my 4 Audi's over the past 10 years. She is always professional, respectful and very efficient. Mandy and Kevin were very helpful getting my Q7 in for the Ceramic coating and providing a loaner car so I could continue with my day's errands and appointment.
