I am extremely disappointed in all aspects of this dealership. I brought in my Nissan Frontier for an electrical problem on a Wednesday I rented a vehicle while my truck was being serviced I also had dealership. I brought in my Nissan Frontier for an electrical problem on a Wednesday I rented a vehicle while my truck was being serviced I also had them install a leveling kit and new tires The service tech cracked one of the rim black covers. The truck was with Nissan for almost a week. The service tech explained to me that the Nissan batteries were faulty in some vehicles and that the alternator was fine. Why didn’t he figure that out the first day. He stated that they tested the alternator the first day and it showed it was functioning properly The manger Garcia and his service coordinator shined me on about all aspects of my visit. Once they received my 2000 for the extra work I never heard from them about the car rental money or the rim covers I then decided to trade in the truck for a suv I went and talked to a junior salesman Well the sales department is as bad as the service department. I went across to Reliable Chevrolet and I am now driving a new Chevy Blazer and all aspects of the purchase were seamless and they are fulfilling our verbal agreements with out hesitation I will be putting this review on my social media and google and advising all my law enforcement Brothers and Sisters to not do business with reliable Nissan More
