They keep returning my brand new truck with damage that I need to keep returning for them to "take care" of. Poor communication. I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I asked several times for an invoice & I was not listened to when problems could have been avoided. Disappointed in the way the situation turned out. I asked several times for an invoice & was not provided one at the end. I also asked for an oil change which was never done. I have brought my vehicle in so many times in the past year & it wasn’t resolved till some parts stopped working. I feel these things could have been avoided. I didn’t appreciate being treated like I didn’t know that my car was having issues. I was told plenty of times it was normal for the way the car was running. When I picked up my vehicle i didn’t get an apology. I still walked out with a huge bill I didn’t think I should have had to pay for their mistake in not doing their jobs. Again very disappointed for the entire situation. More

It has good sales people, a knowledgeable finance team and honest service technicians and service managers. I have kept up the maintenance schedule on both my previous Rogue and my current Pathfinder. I h and honest service technicians and service managers. I only wish Nissan could come out with a relatively less expensive sports car. I have always wanted a Z-car but could never afford it. I remember the original 240-Z. Wow! Hahaha! More

David was exceptionally kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience at the other Nissan dealership in town and when I called Reliable to ask if they could do the 30k service that I had take I had a terrible experience at the other Nissan dealership in town and when I called Reliable to ask if they could do the 30k service that I had taken the day off of work to have completed, David went above and beyond to make that happen. I am so grateful that he turned my day around and made me feel safe driving around the state for my job. More
