Was very happy with Manny as always. He does wonderful. Can’t say the same for the staff who deliver the vehicles at the end. My key chain had car was tag on it and the paperwork stated car wash but van Can’t say the same for the staff who deliver the vehicles at the end. My key chain had car was tag on it and the paperwork stated car wash but van wasn’t washed. Second item, when I gave the paper to the folks outside, a young man gave it to the young lady next to him and ask her to get it. Was a bit shocked to see her alam it down as if she had other things that of a higher priority. Not good especially directly in front of a customer. I’m not giving names, only leaving comments. Took a bit to get my van and then it wasn’t clean. Appreciate the maintenance effort but the overall experience left me feeling a bit unhappy. Thanks. Because of Alan you, I’ll be back... but if not for him, I would go anywhere but. More
