Overbooked My car was in service for 4 hours but the service department was overbooked and they never looked at it. I had a loaner but couldn’t leave my car over My car was in service for 4 hours but the service department was overbooked and they never looked at it. Did not deliver what was promised this is the 4th time the van was suppose to be washed and it was not. In every occasion we were called and told the van would be ready in about 45 mi this is the 4th time the van was suppose to be washed and it was not. In every occasion we were called and told the van would be ready in about 45 minutes from the call because it was being washed, when we arrived the van was not washed. We were then told, “oh, sorry could you bring it back later or can you wait an additional 30 minutes to have it washed”. I just don’t understand why it’s not done other than someone is lazy about doing it because it is a big van and they figure that no one is going to come back just to get a wash. Very frustrating, it would not be a big deal but it happens every time. More

Not satisfied First trip cost me 615$ for repair and test for evaporations caused the check engine light and month after check engine light came again and auxiliary First trip cost me 615$ for repair and test for evaporations caused the check engine light and month after check engine light came again and auxiliary battery problem what they said is that the auxiliary battery still able to charge and they charge it. When I came in to pick up the following day the auxiliary battery showing again, I ask if they can reset it but they did not.and the won’t reset it because I don’t want to pay a gas cap of 215 $. So the following day I came back and bought auxiliary battery and install it myself then I took the positive post of the battery and put it back. Now it is working fine. Because when I re start it it re set itself. What pissed me of I paid 615$ for nothing because all they did is re set it. The evaporations replacement was not done. I got cheated with 615$. I did not buy a gas cap. I used the old one I put a round seal inside the gas cap. More
