A1 Treatment I took my brand new 2019 CLS450 in to get some repairs done after an unfortunate incident with only 80 miles on the odometer. Gary Deangelo (Guest Ex I took my brand new 2019 CLS450 in to get some repairs done after an unfortunate incident with only 80 miles on the odometer. Gary Deangelo (Guest Experience Manager) and Phil Carreon (Service Dept Manager) went ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected to take care of me and the repairs on my car. Gary, called me a few times while the car was being repaired to ensure I was being taken car of. Manny (Service Rep) also kept me informed of the status of the vehicle and repairs. Gary, thank you for your continued exceptional Guest service and taking care of your customers. It will built life long relationships and continued customers. This car was the second Mercedes I have purchased and it will not be the last. Outstanding Customer Service. More
