Manny made things very easy for our car purchase. He was very helpful and very calm and never pushy. While we were there purchasing, he was actually in the middle of selling another car to another pa He was very helpful and very calm and never pushy. While we were there purchasing, he was actually in the middle of selling another car to another party at the exact same time, but we still received all the help and support we needed without delay. He even managed to let us take the car 2 days earlie than expected. After we had already paid and received the keys, he stayed with us and the car for another 20-30 minutes to talk us through everything about the car and help to answer all of our questions and confusions. More

This is my 4th Volkswagen but my first time working with Platinum VW and Manny and this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I knew what I wanted and Manny delivered it fast and efficiently. Everything was smooth and more than fairly priced. They gained a new loyal customer.
