I was shopping online for a Atlas Cross Sport and was contacted by Platinum Volkswagen via text. I was hesitant at first since this was my first experience shopping for a car online. Manny was kind enough to send us a video of the car we were interested in which was in a lot that was at a different location. He really went out of his way to for us and we were very impressed with how easy the overall process was down to Manny handling all of the paperwork for us electronically. It was a seamless process that made purchasing a new car with Manny very easy and stress free. Manny is very professional and went out of his way to make us happy Volkswagen owners! I would highly recommend Manny and Platinum Volkswagen! Thank you Manny and everyone at Platinum who were so helpful every step of the way! More

My husband and I just leased a new Jetta with Manny. He gave us a great deal and the process was fast and easy! We were looking at car deals online around the holiday and we called the Platinum VW dealersh gave us a great deal and the process was fast and easy! We were looking at car deals online around the holiday and we called the Platinum VW dealership and spoke with Manny who was very polite and helpful. He sent a great video of the car we were interested in so we wouldn’t have to come in person due to COVID-19, which was very thoughtful. We wanted to make sure we liked the car in person so we came by the dealership and Manny stayed after hours to help us. We finalized everything on the phone and electronically and it was all quick and easy. Manny went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I recommend him and the Platinum VW dealership. More
