Due to a parts shortage, Pacific BMW had my car for THREE MONTHS. I'm sure Manny had many other customers he was working with, but his response time to my text messages or phone calls was very slow. Sometimes days before I would get a reply. Sometimes I had to reach out more than once in order to get a response. A simple, short reply would have been greatly appreciated and better than no response at all. However, when he did reply he was great. Gave me the information I was looking for. He also helped arrange a loaner car swap so I didn't have to drive an hour to the dealership. Pacific BMW was just OK. I didn't appreciate the convenience fee charged when using a credit card to pay my deductible. I didn't like that I had to ask for the paperwork to be sent to me instead of automatically sent or given to me for the loaner. Really, the only reason I went to Pacific BMW is because that's the closest dealership to where I live where BMW Roadside would tow to for free. I didn't really get any warm fuzzies from this dealership to be honest. Just felt like it was all business. More

It was easy to set up the appointment via text and drop it off. They had arranged the loaner car and all details are taken through an app. I was a little disappointed when I picked up my car because my gas it off. Then I found a parking meter receipt for the City of Glendale in my cup holder for 2 hours. Someone had used my car to go to lunch and used up my gas. At least if they use it, fill it up to what it was when I dropped it off. The service I was having should've only required a quick test drive to make sure it was running well. More
