I’ll never go back. I’ll either find another Chevy dealer in the area or buy another brand. I brought my truck in for a water pump. It took them a week and a half to replace it (after driving it around without any coolant in it). The dealership never reached out to me to give me an update. I had to call them. I had another issue with the finance department. Just after buying the truck I asked for a refund on an undercoating. They told me it was not possible. Fast forward three months when the water pump failed I asked again. After an unpleasant phone call from someone from finance (while the manager listened in) I sent an email to GM. They tried to intervene with the dealership telling them that had I asked in the first 30 days that I could have received a refund. So I relented and agreed to finally have the undercoat done. When I went to pick up the truck the undercoating had been applied extremely poorly in what appeared to be a rushed job, definitely not worth $2000. So the finance department wanted to keep the money so bad they lost this customer for good. In addition, poor communication and overall poor workmanship by the service department and the body shop made it clear to me that this dealership is poorly managed. They demand a perfect score on their feedback but refuse to do anything to earn that score. More

Originally went to the dealership on 11/18 regarding getting into a new lease and buying out the existing lease. The original truck never showed up. On 12/30 I asked for a different truck since the orig getting into a new lease and buying out the existing lease. The original truck never showed up. On 12/30 I asked for a different truck since the original truck did not arrive. Depaula was very accommodating. I discovered on 12/31 when I went to pick up the new truck, heated seats were on the new vehicle due to a computer chip shortage. No one informed of this issue. I contacted GM myself where a case was opened and waiting for a call back. Based on the GM web site a $150-$500 rebate should have been given to me due to the chip shortage but that never happened More

My issues were fixed but I was a bit put-off by the technician trying to up-sell me on services I didn’t need. I was told my oil was “way over the mileage” but I had 35% oil life ~1,500 miles) before I technician trying to up-sell me on services I didn’t need. I was also told that I needed a $165 flush of my coolant, which I turned down, only to arrive to pick up my car and be told that the tech “tried something to save money” which completely fixed the issue. The impression it left was that they knew what the fix was but offered a service I needed to pay for hoping I would agree to it. More
