In this horrible market we are currently tolerating, Marc Bales went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. I had very specific needs for my new car that 3 other dealerships (sales persons) told me Bales went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. I had very specific needs for my new car that 3 other dealerships (sales persons) told me was not doable. Marc had no question and simply told me he would find it. Within 2 weeks he found the vehicle that I had requested. Every single option that I required! Marc was able to help us find a vehicle that met our specifications when another more local dealer was unwilling to go the extra distance to help. Although we only met at closing, he was great at keepin specifications when another more local dealer was unwilling to go the extra distance to help. Although we only met at closing, he was great at keeping us updated on the progress of the production and delivery schedule of the car. At delivery, Jackson spent a lot of time methodically going over the setup and operation of the car and was very patient as we stumbled through. All in all a very nice experience. I just wish we were closer to allow them to continue to service the car for us going forward. I will definitely recommend Marcus and the dealership to friends. More
