I knew exactly what I thought I wanted as I walked into the dealership. Marc still took plenty of time to make sure I knew about all the features on my chosen model and demonstrated how each worked-explain the dealership. His instructions were clear and he was not phased when I would throw out questions which took us away from his main task. Marc, Aaron,and even Jim Taylor all made sure I understood they wanted me to call with any questions. Each made sure I had their contact information and let me know I didn't have to make an appointment if I needed something immediately-that I was welcome to drop by the dealership and they would help.
