The person who helped me did his job but the reason for my visit was not addressed! I came there because my car was having an issue that I already had checked so I knew exactly what the issue was. I left t my visit was not addressed! I came there because my car was having an issue that I already had checked so I knew exactly what the issue was. I left the dealer after spending over $200.00 for them to tell me the issue is exactly what I told them it was when I entered the facility. So in other words my issue was not resolved they reiterated what I knew charged me for that and then told me I would have to pay an additional $400.00 for them to do further testing. This makes no sense! I came in knowing what the problem was so they should have told me I needed to do the additional testing to pinpoint the exact location of the problem! Not charge me to tell me the problem again so now I spent money on the same thing twice and still need additional testing to locate the exact problem area. More
