During my last visit service rep told me i needed a front lightbulb…it was out…took it to my mexhanic, who tighten the bulb and it worked fine..yesterday took the car for service, rep tells me light bulb is lightbulb…it was out…took it to my mexhanic, who tighten the bulb and it worked fine..yesterday took the car for service, rep tells me light bulb is out, told him what happened last time to tighten the bulb…he comes back a short while later, says technician tighten the bulb and it needs replacement..$65…took the car to my mechanic when i left…after i bought a bulb for $29 at the store, mechanic tightens the bulb and it works fine…service rep…nice guy NO CREDIBILITY…always finds stuff that needs to be replaced/repaired…not sure the work is needed…these relationships are based on trust! And I dont trust bayridge subaru More
