Efficient I had a scheduled appointment for the second part of my oil consumption test. The Service Representative Mr. D'Ottavio told me that my wait time would I had a scheduled appointment for the second part of my oil consumption test. The Service Representative Mr. D'Ottavio told me that my wait time would be about ninety-minutes. Once I was notified that my car was ready to go and I entered my vehicle, I noted that the wait time was quite accurate. This type of efficiency at Bay Ridge Subaru service is important for customers, because work and family can't be put on hold indefinitely while cars sit in service bays unattended due to poor shop management. I have been a loyal customer of Bay Ridge service through the ownership of my Subaru. All oil changes, company-wide recall work and a 30,000 mile maintenance service were all performed at Bay Ridge. More

Great Service Overall I am very satisfied with my service. Newly renovated waiting area with free coffee, I came here on an early morning to have routine maintenance done ( I am very satisfied with my service. Fantastic! I hate having my car fall apart and what I mean by that is little service that is needed.
