Improved service experience at Bay Ridge Subaru. Nice new waiting room for service clients: comfortable seating, bathrooms and coffee maker. Work on car done in reasonable time. However there was some confusion about which employee was actually in charge of Communicating progress of the work to the client. Based on my prior years of experience with Bay Ridge Subaru, I also think their new younger employees need a little more guidance as to how to deal with clients’ expectations. More

Courteous and friendly I called to bring the car in for NY State Inspection and the lady Patricia was very polite and helpful to squeeze me in without an appointment. I waited in the newly renovated posh waiting room with very comfortable chairs. I did note they need more women magazines in their waiting room area. I was pleasantly surprised to have my car inspected in less than 45 minutes waiting time. More

Excellent service I was very pleased with the service I received at Bay Ridge Subaru. I was able to get an appointment for the next day to get a recall matter resolved I was very pleased with the service I received at Bay Ridge Subaru. I was able to get an appointment for the next day to get a recall matter resolved along with a cracked transmission oil pan and a tire problem. The repairs were done promptly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and my service advisor Mark was very professional and helpful. I plan on using Bay Ridge Subaru for future Subaru repairs. Repair of creaking suspension of my Subaru Forestor The problem was fixed very quickly and qualitatively within a half of a day. I was immediately notified that the repair is completed.
