Still dont know if they will change my sunroof I had an issue with my sunroof where the rubber gasket was starting to peel. The car is inky 1 year old and the check in person Mark states well somet I had an issue with my sunroof where the rubber gasket was starting to peel. I dont believe that statement should be said. The he proceeds to say it will be 2 hours when i was told that the recall for software would be a half an hour but the other 1 hour and half was so they can look at the casket which took the tech 5 min to agree that there was an issue More

Service Dept. Needed to replace the battery on my 2017 Outback because it was defective and leaking battery acid. Unscheduled brake job I was on my way out of town and heard a grinding sound coming from the rear driver side. I called to see if they could take a look at it and they wome I was on my way out of town and heard a grinding sound coming from the rear driver side. I called to see if they could take a look at it and they women said yes bring it in. I got there by 1pm and was out by 3pm and on my way. The service guy told me 2 hrs or less and that's what it was, they even recommend a local cafe for lunch and it was a good eats place. They have a great team over there and I recommend them to my friends More
