Our overall dealership experience was good. Marc Esser was very good salesman. No pressure and very patient. A few things however did bother us. Not having gas in any of our test drive vehicles Marc Esser was very good salesman. No pressure and very patient. A few things however did bother us. Not having gas in any of our test drive vehicles was strange. Every vehicle we test drove had to be brought to a gas station first which was a waste of our time. The entire process took from 0930 until almost 4:30p. This process was WAY too long. Especially since our only food for the day was breakfast at 0800. We also had a issue in finance. There was a charge for 5yr paint protection on the final invoice which we DID NOT approve of. Robby stated it was a misunderstanding. We thought it was a little fishy and if we didn't scrutinize the final numbers we would have been charged a extra $999. More upfront disclosure is definitely necessary. By the end of the day we were hungry, frustrated and it took the enjoyment of having a new vehicle away. I do have to commend them for the upfront pricing and fee's disclosure. We saw manager Russ once but never met Reggie Terry who was the numbers guy. Instead of Marc running back and forth to Reggie which took time and was a little frustrating, we felt Reggie should have come to us. The dealership was not very busy the day we were there. Guess he is not a people person. Jeremy did a good job securing the loan. Thanks again to Marc Esser, he was the one bright spot of the deal. More

Never have I dealt with a more professional, honest , courteous,friendly car dealership then Eagle Buick GMC. From my initial phone conversation with JP I knew this would be a place where I wanted to buy courteous,friendly car dealership then Eagle Buick GMC. From my initial phone conversation with JP I knew this would be a place where I wanted to buy my next car. So much so that I drove over 4 hours to get there. (On New Year’s Eve no less) and was not disappointed upon arrival. John stood behind every word he spoke over the phone. No games , No lies , No surprises. Just good honest people. A rare find at a car dealership ..ohh and I LOVE the car! When my daughter is ready to purchase a new car I will be calling JP. Thank you again John for a great experience! More

Top tier customer service at a dealership is hard to find. I flew in from Las Vegas to Orlando Florida where they had a driver pick me up. The vehicle I came in for wasn’t what I expected in terms of a find. I flew in from Las Vegas to Orlando Florida where they had a driver pick me up. This dealer took care of me with a rental car and a room while they were a man of their word fixed my vehicle and discounted me due to the wait. Bad situations come about in all businesses and it all comes down to how you handle it. 10/10 recommend anyone in the local area! Thanks again and happy new year! More
