Used their on line trade in value and received a $43k amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference. I countered with a $3k offer. 8 hrs later after many texts to get an answe amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference.
