Working with Marc in Sales was a pleasure; he took time to understand my situation, honestly answered all of my questions even when the answers were not to his advantage, and ensured I was fully satisfied with my decision. I felt like he was "on my side" during the whole transaction -- making sure I was happy with my choice rather than just trying to sell a car. Once I decided to purchase, working with Brendan in Finance was great; he clearly described the additional purchase options available to me. He did not pressure me to accept add-ons but instead helped me understand the pros/cons of those options and worked to find a solution that fit my needs. He also went above and beyond helping navigate a tricky out-of-state registration and was careful not to overpromise on the delivery schedule (but then beat the estimate in the end).
