I’ve been a customer for years and service center gets worse with every visit. Started when Erin Stockman left. My last visit took 7 hours for an oil change and never received a phone call about additiona worse with every visit. Started when Erin Stockman left. Needed 4 new tires and asked if they had any specials and was told I was better off buying elsewhere when in reality they are promoting a price match on tires online and on the screens inside. I’ve never received my vehicle back clean like most service center provide (which I’ve looked past), but this time received my vehicle back covered in snow. I didn’t drop it off covered in snow. Also received my vehicle back with tire pressures of 38, 28, 27, 28. Service used to be good but no longer acceptable. More

They advertise Porsche Cayenne Platinum Package and we found out later it was a Base and they put the blame on others and completely deleted the AD online, Also we asked if any hail damage on the car and found out later it was a Base and they put the blame on others and completely deleted the AD online, Also we asked if any hail damage on the car and the sales agents say if we have a single dents we have to legally note it in the description but there were 9 dents which we saw the next day after buying the car from them. Bought the car in the evening and it was dark so didn't see anything until the very next day in the day time. Also, we were told there is a CarPlay installed which we asked about thousand times before buying and they repeatedly said yes but they didn't couldn't test for us as they didn't have the genuine Apple cable and we fell for it. We asked everything before buying and contacted them next day with all the issues. We have all the paper work and everything in writing from them. Please don't deal with these guys, very very rude after the sale happens especially the guy goes by the name LUCKY and Marc changes his behavior right after the purchase but very polite before the sale happens. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Avoid this dealership. We will be taking legal action against them but wanted to let others know. More

Went in looking at a TRX. Never made a deal but we were close. Great group though. Marc was awesome to work with as well as their manager. Had a fun and great experience which is rare.
