Since the beginning of when the vehicle was first posted our listing has been labeled as a 2018 Porsche Cayenne Base. However, when the vehicle is posted to a third-party site it can default differently. I gave you yesterday the exact listing description printed out showing it was a base and you were aware of that when you agreed to purchase the vehicle. The next day you brought to my attention that there were 3 paintless dent repair dings on the hood. I went out of way after the sale to have my paintless dent repair guy fix it and walk the full vehicle to make sure we didn't miss anything, and we took care of a total of 9 dings as that is all he could find throughout the vehicle. This vehicle never had Apple Car Play to begin with. Our listing description doesn't even allow me to select Apple CarPlay as an option as it doesn't have it and you have a printout showing that same information. I have no intention on paying to install Apple Car Play based on it not having it or ever coming with it. I went out of my way to call Porsche Littleton to verify, and they confirmed it doesn't have it. I am sorry if that was a miscommunication on my end or Tatiana end. I have gone above and beyond to make you happy. However, you should've never left the lot with it if it was something that was important to you. If you are simply unhappy you can bring the vehicle back and we can give you back your trade-in. As your concern is simply out of my hands and the vehicle doesn't have the feature. Please let us know by the end of today what you would like to do.

I never said 3 dings or anything since there were more than 3. I texted Tatiana that there is a hail damage and she replied my manager said car doesn't have hail damage but you can bring it in and we will look at it. I don't know how you guys say such things. Please show me where did I say 3 dings? We accepted the fact that it was a base model after long argument and showing you guys the ad that it was advertised as a Platinum model, thank God I saved the ad description Also, I have it in writing from Tatiana that the car comes with a CarPlay. First you guys blamed CarGuru for the wrong information on the Platinum package then Porsche for the Car play. I've wasted so much time going back and forth to your dealership and dealth with rude behaviour of lucky and Marc when it was proven that you guys do false promises. Marc, please admit it, you tried 15min to prove me wrong that the car has the CarPlay and you found out you guys were wrong not me. Yesterday I took the car back as I didn't know I've an option to leave it, and also Lucky was insulting me. Yes, you took care of the hail damage but it shouldn't have been there at first place, plus it brings the car value down if it ever had the hail damage even if it was repaired. We are willing to share the cost of CarPlay as we have wasted so much time already.

Marc, it looks like you are now calling and emailing my son for the issue and you were saying that we should have done our due diligence before buying as the dealership might have lot of things listed about the car which are NOT true. But then again if you look at it, we did check with you and Tatiana multiple times about the CarPlay and you guys assured us the car has it, both verbally and in writing, so we did our part of asking multiple times. As far as hail damage goes, we did ask Tatiana before signing the papers and she confirmed there is none. Was there anything else we were suppose to do? Lesson learned that don't trust what sales person say or what the ad says, it could be all misrepresented to sell the car.
