I really enjoyed working with Marc. He was extremely polite and was really good at reading people, so the sale never felt pushy. Julio was very knowledgeable about the new 2021 Trail Blazer. He was easy to talk to and when I told him what I was looking for directed me to the correct vehicle with out wasting my time. When I began my search for a new vehicle I hadn't initially considered Emich Chevrolet but I am very glad that I just happened to look at a car during an online search that Emmett Chevrolet had. I got to work with Michael Halingstad and he was great. He took the time to answer all of my crazy questions and was very personable and relatable that made me feel comfortable. As we all know the car buying experience can be very stressful. Michael and team made me very comfortable and I was able to purchase a vehicle that day. Oddly enough it wasn't even the car I can look at, but it was a better vehicle for me. I highly recommend! Also Marc Taylor was also fantastic. He communicated with me via text message and email when I started looking at the cars, set up appointment for me to come in, reach out to me during the process as well as after it was completed. I really appreciated the attentiveness and the wonderful service. More

If you choose to do business with Emich do not use sails consultant Marc Taylor. I reached out to Emich and Marc is who contacted me back, I explained what I am trying to do to trade into a vehicle. The conversation was normal at first, and then come to find out the deal could not be done. This would be ok if he would have left it at that, or offered a different vehicle or something if that nature. Marc is unprofessional instead of asking if he could help in any other way instead he decided he would make a smart alic comment regarding the 10k I would be upside down in my car and asked if I would be putting the 10k as a down payment. Marc could have said that car won't work for you or we have other options or just left it at sorry we can't help you but he decided not to say that. I refuse to do business with a company who will not do it's best to earn a person's business to me that means they do not value the customer. If anyone from Emich Chevrolet is reading this I would fire this guy and start looking into how your sales staff conduct business and represent you as a company. More

Best customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Marc Taylor. I came in with a 2018 Tahoe that I had purchased 2 days prior and had questions. Marc was more than I had the pleasure of working with Marc Taylor. I came in with a 2018 Tahoe that I had purchased 2 days prior and had questions. Marc was more than happy to help me even though I did not purchase from him or this dealership. Our conversation turned into a same day sale for Marc! I was told by the previous dealership to take my Tahoe to another dealership for help with my problems and so I did. When I learned that for just a few thousand dollars more I could have a brand new Tahoe with no problems it was a no brainer for me. I explained to Marc that if I were going to do this it would have to be a quick process (my husband does not like this stuff and we had just been through it 3 days prior). It was a very quick and painless process. My husband and I were both very pleased with Marc and his professional demeanor. He was in no way pushy. He listened to our needs and wants and any questions we asked he was very knowledgeable. The other thing that was nice to see is Marc's neat and professional appearance. When making a purchase this big and a decision this personal it's nice to see someone who takes their job seriously enough to take the time to look nice....head to toe! Andrew was as equally amazing. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and also was accommodating to our desire for a speedy process. He was very welcoming and inviting.
