We had a great experience at the Infiniti in Hoffman Estates and Joel Gappa. We called ahead to set an appointment to see the 3 2020 QX60s that met our buying criteria. Joel had them all out and ready for us when we arrived. He even made and messaged us a short video of the 3 side by side! Once we arrived, he gave us printed information about their history and we test drove. Joel was very patient in our decision making. Once we were set on a QX60, Joel stayed with us while our purchasing papers were being processed. He told us great stories to entertain us while waiting. We were cash buyers, so the end process was pretty painless. We were out the door, happy customers! More

We decided to look here for a car and we were very pleased, with the service that we received beginning from Dakota! who waited outside patiently while we looked at a few cars and did not try to rush pleased, with the service that we received beginning from Dakota! who waited outside patiently while we looked at a few cars and did not try to rush us . He introduced himself as we walked up to him my husband told him what type of car we were looking at. and He said OK let's go get the keys it only took a few minutes for him to get the licenses copied, and the keys , and the car ready ! we did buy the car we really liked it, The whole process with Dakota was just wonderful he is such a great person very delightful . he was friendly and helpful and has a great sense of humor, When I took the car back there today , as we had already discussed before leaving with it yesterday and Dakota had the service department check out a few things on the car and take care of it for us. So the car would be just what we needed and everything was safe and running great for us, Antwan in service was was very helpful , and knowledgeable. He made sure to take care of what we needed and than some. Marcin in finance deserves praise too, he was great and didn't try to force extras on us , he took his time going through the paperwork and he made the whole process go quickly. He has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this dealer they really care about the customers being happy, they even offer free Starbucks coffee, Bottled Water and snacks. It must be nice to work at such a nice place. More

I originally went in early to service my current vehicle, though I was also in the market for an SUV/crossover. While wandering the showroom floor, Joel struck up a conversation, listened to what was important to me when it came to function, finance, and process - and he helped find a QX60 that had everything I wanted and needed. When it finally came time to talk numbers, Joel worked with Pat to quickly get to a place that I thought was fair, and they made the process as seamless, transparent, and painless as I think new car buying can be. Marcin worked with me in the finance office, which to me is usually the most painful part, but we got through everything quickly and I left feeling good about what we landed on. Overall 10/10 experience. More
