Just don’t. We drove over 2 hours to view a car and when we arrived it was Not there. They had loaned it out to someone who was getting work done in the service department. Upon arrival the agent we had bee we arrived it was Not there. They had loaned it out to someone who was getting work done in the service department. Upon arrival the agent we had been working with was too busy and passed us on to someone else who was not familiar with our needs and tried to steer us to different vehicles. They did try to make it right by delivering the vehicle to us however they promised us a second set of keys and after months of waiting they never followed through. They also promised us they would through in some Heavy duty floor mats For the troubles then when it came down to it we had to PICK which ones we wanted (Front or back or cargo) they wouldn’t do all of them like originally stated. Just go somewhere else. 👌 More

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle dealing with Marco and Fabian. We came to a agreement on the vehicle on a Monday and told them I would come Tuesday to pick up from out of town. I called several Marco and Fabian. We came to a agreement on the vehicle on a Monday and told them I would come Tuesday to pick up from out of town. I called several times Tuesday morning so that I could pickup and couldn't get in touch with them until Tuesday afternoon. When I finally spoke with Fabian Tuesday afternoon he told me that he just sold the car that day, after we already had a deal and ran my credit for me to purchase the next day and pickup. Neither called to inform me of this or answered my calls. I think this was unprofessional since we already had a deal in the works. He then told me he had another car the same model more miles though and only wanted to come off the price 500.00. I would be paying more for this car than the other. I feel like after they screwed me over they could of offered me a better deal. More
