This dealership engaged in predatory financing practices and delivered a dangerously defective vehicle.I arrived at the lot with an explicit pre-approval letter from my own credit union. The finance department aggressively refused to honor my outside funding and forced me into their own indirect lending network with Arrowhead Credit Union. During the electronic signing process, they utilized specialized "half-screens" to actively obscure, hide, and manipulate the transaction numbers and back-end add-on costs. They refused to provide physical paperwork for me to review and instead forced me to leave with a flash drive.Worse, only 57 miles after driving off the lot, the used 2023 Nissan Ariya suffered a catastrophic electrical failure. The dashboard began flashing "Service EV System" and "EV System Off" warning codes, rendering the vehicle entirely unsafe and non-functional.The transaction is currently un-funded. Arrowhead Credit Union, the Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP), and Nissan Corporate have all been formally notified of the dispute. Management is actively stonewalling and refusing to voluntarily unwind this transaction or return my 2013 Toyota Highlander trade-in.A formal enforcement case has been opened with the California DMV Investigations Division (DMV Case Reference: 202509-31054004), alongside active complaints with the CFPB and Nissan Corporate (Case #57100687).
