It was a very fast, efficient process to purchase my Mercedes. Start to finish! Delivery was seamless and informative. The purchase process was very straight forward and no haggling. If you go to another dealership, you are wasting your time and money. Responsive, caring, on time, amazing service. Perfect experience. I won't go anywhere else. I bought online and they took videos and pictures and sent all the information I asked for immediately. They were in touch by phone, email, and text immediately when I contacted them each time. Everyone was so helpful. There were no surprises and very reasonable financing... found me an amazing deal, and communicated every step in the process! The car was exactly what I wanted and they included the accessories with the used car. Just a really nice experience. They redefine the way you are treated by a car dealership. Im sure all of their sales staff is like Marcos. I cant imagine not. I have purchased many vehicles and have never been treated so well by a dealership. As for finance, Arturo searched for the best deals and explained every additional option without pressure. He made it easy to choose the right extra warranties I needed and only what I needed. No one needs any more stress these days. I'm so glad I can finally write a positive review of a car dealership. More

After months of searching for the right car, Marcos and Justin were able to meet my needs. They were able to work with me and offered me a great deal I couldn't refuse.
