This experience was easier than others in the past. Most of the negotiating was done over the phone with Marcus and Tim. A few days later I went back and purchased a brand new 2021 Honda Pilot Ex-L. Everyone was super helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We were only there 2 hours. Most of that was just waiting our turn for the finance office. The young lady in accessories and technology was super friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions with grace and patience.
