I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the communication throughout my whole process of having my car in their service department from 4/20/26 to 5/7/26. I understand the delays were with the communication throughout my whole process of having my car in their service department from 4/20/26 to 5/7/26. I understand the delays were due to the extended warranty company however there was no updates given from the service department. I was the calling every few days on the status. I was given dates that my car would be ready only to get to that day to find out nothing was done. I had 3 phone calls from them in 17 days and the 3rd call was that my car was finally ready on 5/7/26. Then I show up to get my car just to find out my car was in a hail storm on 4/25/26. I had to leave the dealership with a busted windshield and hail damage covering my hood and roof. The service guy had the nerve to say "Did your car come in looking like this?" Then preceded to tell me it's my responsibility and to turn it in to my insurance. No Empathy. No I'm sorry we didn't contact you. There entire attitude was blaming the "Act of God". I understand the weather and I'm not blaming them for the weather. It's the no communication and the shock and awe they left me as well as a very dirty car. I will never go back to Heritage Rockwall for any reason. More
