Customer service was good and they followed up with a call to let me know the status. However, their labor costs are extremely high. Cost $2200 to replace a water pump and crossover pipe. I also got char call to let me know the status. However, their labor costs are extremely high. Cost $2200 to replace a water pump and crossover pipe. I also got charged to update the SOS and Appleplay software. Neither were done and not working. After requesting, I did get reimbursed for the SOS software update. More
