Very easy and seamless purchase experience. James Cavitalo ordered the exact truck I wanted and made my wife and I, a fair deal. Signing the paperwork in the finance office was very efficient. There are many infotainment features that differ from the vehicle I traded in, that we would have liked to be demonstrated on how they work/setup.
