Go, Gates. Go. I was happy with my recent shopping experience at Gates Toyota in South Bend, Indiana. I had originally planned to window shop for a week and then mak I was happy with my recent shopping experience at Gates Toyota in South Bend, Indiana. I had originally planned to window shop for a week and then make my purchase one week later; however, the salesman, Marcus Tanner directed to to a C-HR which was similar to one that I had my eye on at Heart City. The white body/black roof C-HR was in stock. Wonderful. I felt the sales mgr and Marcus presented me with a fair price. Therefore I went ahead a put money down on my choice to hold it. The only thing that was disappointing was that when I got home with the new vehicle I realized there were no “winter weather” floor mats included in the deal. With that aside, overall I am very pleased with Gates Toyota. I like the quality and style of the C-HR and the friendliness of the sales staff. More
