I learned that this dealership is purchasing damaged cars from out of state auctions, reselling them as certified, and lying to consumers a his team. I recently purchased a vw Passat from the Autobarn vw of countryside and I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with the process. I have been such a complicated customer but regardless of my mind changes And going back and forth on my decision, Alex Espinoza has been very honest and Patient from the gecko he showed me car after car that was in my budget and exactly what I was looking for (i just couldn’t decide what I really wanted). But he really helped me narrow it down. Never have I felt pressured into buying, yet he made sure to keep make the process as comfortable as possible. He showed me the exact car I wanted with all sweet features and the best thing was he was able to keep the payments at exactly where I wanted to be. It was a pleasure to work with Alex and the managers Marek & Eddy and I can’t forget finance, Juan for making this experience the way car buying should be. Thank you for making me feel like part of the vw family and not just a customer. I will definitely come back in the future for when I’m ready to buy another vehicle. More

Why I keep coming back This is the SEVENTH Volkswagen I've leased & all but the first was from Autobarn VW Countryside. Apparently, I love me these VWs, but more evident is This is the SEVENTH Volkswagen I've leased & all but the first was from Autobarn VW Countryside. Apparently, I love me these VWs, but more evident is that the people at Autobarn VW in Countryside keep me coming back, time after time. I've had only 4 sales people in the last 13 years (!) & they've all been terrific. Not your typical "car salesmen" (yes, they've all been men), they don't wheel-n-deal, they are considerate, respectful & talk with you, not AT you. The latest (just yesterday) was Abe Hamed (accompanied by Marek Hornik, who was very easy-going & friendly as well) . Abe is thorough, friendly, yet professional, listens carefully & was a pleasure to deal with. I brought my previous VW in for service yesterday, which I should comment on too. The folks (especially Ronnie) in the Service Department at this dealership are top-notch & are so pleasant & friendly. They keep you apprised of the status of your service & the waiting area is well-appointed to make the time go by. I wasn't planning on getting a new car/lease just yet, but was pretty much eased into it, not forced one bit. It really was easy. Abe didn't ever leave me for very long, kept me updated, explained all I needed & gave me a good deal. And a color I didn't even know existed! Habanero Orange! (I usually don't get excited over car colors, but this ... wow!) Many thanks to Abe & all of you over at Autobarn VW Countryside! I'll be back! More
