When i walked onto the lot, i had really no idea as to what I was looking for other than a blue car. Frank helped me to decide and within 36 minutes the decision was made and the deal was done. I had such a pleasant experience with Newton Nissan. I flew all the way down from Ohio just to buy from this dealer due to the hard work that Margaret put in to finding me a car. Margret and Ryan were great to work with. I never felt pressured at any time. I had never owned a Nissan and they let me drive several before making my decision and purchase. I also received a very reasonable offer on my trade-in and the overall process was better than I have ever experienced at other new car dealers. The only negative thing I can say about the entire process is Bruce (the finance guy) tried to pressure us into buying an extended warranty. So much so I started doubting my purchase and reliability of the Nissan product. Bruce did a good job, just would get 3.5 stars out of 5 if rating the total finance process. Bruce did get us a better rate than what Ryan initially found, so that keeps the combined/overall rating at 5 or great. More

This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Margaret Garland was extremely helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my purchase of the 2012 Altima from Newton Nissan. The staff was very friendly and I did not feel pressured at all. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was I walked around the front of the dealership for at least 10 minutes and was never approached. I almost left but since I received an email from Jerry I decided to go inside and ask for him. Margaret greeted me and was very friendly and nice and tried to find Jerry for me. He was busy with another customer so Margaret took over. I did eventually meet Jerry and he was very friendly and let Margaret help me. Margaret was extremely helpful, showed me several cars in the front lot and back lot. We eventually took a used 2011 Altima for a test drive and was very pleased with the handling and the performance of the Altima. I was thinking about going to Rivergate to test drive a Honda Accord but Margaret said the right things about the ALtima to help me decide that the Altima was my best choice.Overall it was a great experience and I wll reccomend Newton Nissian to my friends and family. There are not enough words to explain the wonderful experience I have had while purchasing my new Maxima. Everyone went way out of their way to make this a pleasant purchase with NO hassle and very fr experience I have had while purchasing my new Maxima. Margaret Garland was so wonderful to both me and my son who also purchased a used Maxima from her a month earlier. She has so much patience and never once made us feel rushed. Mike Castro helped in getting us the best deal for both cars and keeping our payments where they needed to be. Since they did not have my exact car on the lot I wanted...they got right on the phone and started the search. He provided me with a new Maxima to drive out with on that day until mine came in which was to take up to about 7 days. Two days later I got a call they had it in and ready for me to pick up. I was so excited. Margaret had it all shinning with a full tank of gas by the time I arrived. We went over every inch of the car and she gave me a quick training on some of the features on the inside....she even programmed by cell phone to the blue tooth for me. Margaret & Mike both seemed interested in us not just as car buyers, but sincerely cared about our families, work and college. Rob King and Bruce Moss were both also very caring and excited for us with our new car purchases. They explain everything in detail with no extra surprises. When it was time to sign the paperwork they even had my interest rate reduced even more then I was expecting, which helped alot in lowing my car payments (who doesn't like that!!!!) They both seemed to enjoy their jobs very much and kept us laughing through this detailed process. I also received $30.00 in free merchandise and my first oil change free. All in all my experience was over and above what was expected and I really feel like we had the top notch treatment anyone could ever ask for. The staff at Newton Nissan did a great job assisiting me in the purchase of a new Pathfinder. Margaret and Donnie were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without ever being pushy.
