Great Experience with Videon and Steve Pealer! I can't say enough about Steve Pealer and Videon!! After my 2015 Jeep Patriot (purchased at Videon) was totaled in an accident on May 4, 2018 (just s I can't say enough about Steve Pealer and Videon!! After my 2015 Jeep Patriot (purchased at Videon) was totaled in an accident on May 4, 2018 (just short of having it for 3 years), Steve was very helpful while I was going through the insurance claims process. I emailed and called him to ask a few questions about the value of my Patriot and looking for a new Jeep. Once the settlement was completed, we made an appointment for Saturday, the 26th and looked at the new Cherokee and Compass. I immediately loved the look, feel and smooth ride of the Cherokee. Steve was excellent!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained every detail about the vehicle so that I really haven't had to look anything up!! He answered all of my questions He made the process very easy and seamless! I'm a very happy customer! Marge in the Finance Department was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Responsive and Fair When I started my vehicle search I wasn't sure what to expect, I shopped a few of the major brands and made the necessary calls and inquiries to deale When I started my vehicle search I wasn't sure what to expect, I shopped a few of the major brands and made the necessary calls and inquiries to dealers. I found that the responsiveness and attitudes of some of those dealers just did not meet my expectations. Being in sales myself, I'm easily turned off by certain sales tactics and lackluster responsiveness. While searching I happened to find the model and packaging I wanted on a vehicle at Videon. Once I contacted them, Mike took the bull by the horns and really put together a nice package for me. I think being upfront with expectations is the best way to approach buying a vehicle anyway. With that being said, the smooth process made taking the long ride to their dealership worth it. The staff there was great and I left feeling good. Thanks Mike, Marge, and thank you Videon. More

With a lease about to expire on another vehicle, I had been admiring 2018 Jeep Cherokees I was seeing on the ...but it was Steve Pealer who sold me. With a lease about to expire on another vehicle, I had been admiring 2018 Jeep Cherokees I was seeing on the road. I visited two other dealerships but was turned off by what I encountered before I ever had a chance to take a test drive. Thats how I ended up at Videon with the best automobile sales person I have ever dealt with. On the test route Steve confidently described and demonstrated the various features, “selling” the car. Having previously had three Jeep Grand Cherokees before moving to a BMW and a Lexus, I was impressed by everything I saw and heard about the Cherokee. Since he knew I was in no rush to get a car, Steve let me know that 2019s would be coming out... and updated me regularly on their delivery status, pricing and options, without ever pressuring me to make a purchase. But I was sold on Videon long before I ever picked up my new 2019 Cherokee Limited that has many of the same features of the “luxury SUVs” I’ve been driving. Thanks, Steve Pealer. More
