Steve was great, He was friendly and very funny. He was very helpful and made another one of our experiences at Videon great and we cannot have been more satisfied. Marge Gibbons did our loan paperwork again this is the second time that we've had her and she is the most upbeat pleasant person I've ever really met in a dealership. She was so helpful sending us in the right direction of different options that we could purchase for the vehicle. She pointed us in the right direction and told us what we needed to work on in the future. She made us feel so comfortable and part of the Videon family. We absolutely love her and would never do our loan with anyone else there but her. So in our words Steve Gray and Marge Gibbons are two #1's at Videon...???????? More

Amazing dealership! Found this place online while browsing and already finding a used Ford Mustang at Carmax, but decided to continue shopping around. Beneficial to me, I decided to leave my information about the vehicle and was called a few hours later and spoke with Brian. I explained what I wanted and told him that I already went through Carmax but have yet to sign on the dotted line. After a few more emails back and forth I came to the dealership and was welcomed by all the staff working that day but couldn't speak to Brian directly because he was unfortunately under the weather. The process of signing and driving literally took under 30 minutes and to show the class of the staff my sales manager Marge, answered calls while going over my paperwork to politely explain that she was helping me with my purchase which she didn't have to do. I felt like I purchased a vehicle from a place that wasn't trying to sell me what they wanted to sell me and didn't apply any pressure whatsoever which me made feel extremely comfortable! More

We had heard good things about Videon- but it was a wonderful experience to actually have prompt and informative emails from Kimberly AR, followed by walking into the Videon showroom and being greeted by happy, knowledgeable sales force with no pressure or hype. Jim Ballerri and Natasha Kramlich really listened to my questions and helped work us through the process. All questions were answered. Marge Gibbons handled our paperwork efficiently and professionally. Videon wants to make a deal, but they want happy satisfied customers who will tell others, and keep coming back! We are proud owners of a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
