I would not buy a drink from the vending machine from this place. I had to call several times over a week to actually get the receptionist to actually give a salesman a message. Finally bought a car from this place. I had to call several times over a week to actually get the receptionist to actually give a salesman a message. Finally bought a car from Dana and it had damage to a wheel and a tire. After noticing damage when I got home I looked at pics I took from Dana’s lot and pics that Lyin Ryan sent in a text and the damage is noticeable while still on lot b4 I even got there. I sent email and Ryan asked what did I hit. I gave him enough rope to hang himself by not mentioning the pictures. Once he told me that even if it passed the detailer (it was not detailed) that he checks all of his deliveries from top to bottom and would have noticed the damage. I mentioned the photos and the stuttering began. I have been treated horribly ever since. It’s not bad enough that Dana ford illegally put a NYS inspection on my car and put my life in jeopardy by letting me drive it off the lot but now it is 4 days later and still cannot drive my new vehicle. Today I purchased a new tire for 303.00 dollars and took off the damaged wheel and brought it to be repaired. I am on the hook for a car loan from ford and on top of that I am out additional money to fix Dana fords screw up. This is not how you should treat your customers. All I have to do is keep telling my story and stop one person from buying a vehicle from you guys and I’m good. But I will keep telling the story every single time someone asks me where I bought my car, at every swap meet, at every fund raiser, at every mustang gathering, on every social media page I am a part of and anyone who wants to give me a minute to hear about my deal with Dana Ford. To make things worse Ford Cooperate is just as useless as everyone I have dealt with at Dana. I guess the saying that big business always wins is right…I’m looking to change that by telling my story to all. More

Very dishonest, not upfront with pricing. I drove there from northern NJ to buy a vehicle that was advertised. I was in communication with a representative there by text messaging. They sent me the window sticker with the price of the vehicle, I agreed and made a appointment to come and buy the vehicle (2 hr drive) When I got there they showed me the vehicle went over all the options in it, we then went inside to start the paper work, that’s when they told me the vehicle is marked up $10,000. above sticker price. NO WHERE IN THERE ONLINE ADVERTISED PRICE DID THEY MENTION ANY MARKUP ON THE VEHICLE NOR WAS I TOLD IN MY TEXT MESSAGING WITH THERE REPRESENTATIVE. Now shouldn’t they have told me that before I drove there to buy it or even before showing me the vehicle on the lot? Very bad business. When I told them I will let Ford know what they did, there response was “we’re a private dealer” I advise not to deal with Dana Ford as they are dishonest and not up front with you. They are very sneaky and unethical how they work. I spoke with several sales managers there that did not help us with this situation. More
