2019 Jeep Rubicon with 43K miles transmission failed. Very disappointed that Jeep and the dealership would not cover the cost for a new transmission which Jeep should have built correctly to begin with Very disappointed that Jeep and the dealership would not cover the cost for a new transmission which Jeep should have built correctly to begin with. The vehicle had a lifetime extended warranty purchased via 3rd party, however the dealer initially refused to work with the warranty company. Eventually convinced the dealer to reconsider since I had purchased 3 other vehicles (2 Ram trucks and a Jeep Wrangler = $175K+) from this dealership in the past 12 years. Warranty company offered to pay $4300 for the repair however Rockland Jeep wanted $9,300.00 and wouldn't budge (I was willing to chip $1-$2K just to get it repaired), then threatened to charge me $75.00 per day for 91 days $6,825.00 and a mechanic's lien if the vehicle wasn't picked up immediately. Glad to share the voicemail from Maria in Service Dept.. I will never step foot in this dealership and don't recommend anyone else. "Buyer beware". Horrible customer service to a now former loyal customer. BTW, I was charged over $500 to inspect the car advising that the transmission was shot and needed a replacement. 1 star is generous, no option for zero or negative stars which was deserving... More

We dropped off our jeep to get work done, and it was never assessed or put through the warranty process. The Jeep sat there for 3 weeks and nothing was accomplished. The communication was poor from the never assessed or put through the warranty process. The Jeep sat there for 3 weeks and nothing was accomplished. The communication was poor from the service Rider side and when we finally showed up to take our Jeep home, they had no explanation for why no service was performed. Overall, this is the worst service experience of my life. More
