Unfortunately the check in clerk at service did not do her job and pass the o paperwork on to the service scheduling manager, Maria. When my husband discovered my BMW was the only remaining car in line f her job and pass the o paperwork on to the service scheduling manager, Maria. When my husband discovered my BMW was the only remaining car in line for service after a long wait, he talked to Maria and she expedited the car’s service. NOT a good experience for our first visit to BMW. On a positive note, I enjoyed the video of my car being serviced. More
