I had some minor warranty work to be done. Maria Lizardi , my service representative , arranged the whole process , since the car had to be sent to another vendor . She arranged for the pick up and delivery , my service representative , arranged the whole process , since the car had to be sent to another vendor . She arranged for the pick up and delivery of my car from my residence. The drivers were very courteous , and on time. The repair work that was performed exceeded my expectations.
