Service on the car excellent. Communication at the dealership dreadful. 6 separate phone calls which all went to voicemails to try to determine if car was ready. Finally had to just go there. Awesome service! I was a dealer mechanic for many years so I'm well aware of the potential pros and cons of the dealer service experience. This service department has I was a dealer mechanic for many years so I'm well aware of the potential pros and cons of the dealer service experience. This service department has never been anything but honest and up front with any service request I've asked for. Their prices are fair and there's no gouging. Let's face it, when you have a car, stuff costs money, and the more expensive your car is, the more the maintenance might cost. They have specials from time to time so I can still get my oil changed cheaper than it would cost me to do it myself. I highly recommend them! More

Six year old car bought new from bmw Sarasota only 20k miles - wanted complete checkup before handing over to freshman undergrad daughter. Car picked up and returned same day / cost inc. two new tires $1 miles - wanted complete checkup before handing over to freshman undergrad daughter.
