Ecellent Customer Service! I got the white glove treatment from Maria! Brought in our X5 for a folding mirror issue. Initially I was told that the CPO warranty department denied I got the white glove treatment from Maria! Brought in our X5 for a folding mirror issue. Initially I was told that the CPO warranty department denied he claim. I discussed with Maria my compelling reasons why I thought it should be covered. She listened, she understood and agreed to talk with the service manager. I got a text later that day indicating they would cover it under CPO warranty. Once the part came in she made it very easy and accommodating to get the work scheduled. The fix did not take long and I was treated with the utmost courtesy. The whole staff there made sure I was taken care of when wandering around dreaming about a 6 series convertible. Well done Maria and BMW of Sarasota staff. More

We dropped our car off for service and was told it would be ready in about 2-3 hours. We were not in any particular rush so the window was perfect as we had several errands to run in the area. We received a call 2.5 hours later from Valentina stating our car was ready. At pick up she greeted us warmly and called to have the car pulled up. We waited maybe a few minutes (just enough time to sign the paperwork) and we were on our way. This is the second time we have used the Saturday service and both time Carlos and Valentina have been very accommodating and efficient in their communication. More
