I've always had terrible experiences at dealerships in the past. I always had to steel myself to go in and "negotiate" by being ready to walk out, etc. Or worse, getting a car pushed on me that I didn't the past. They really are unlike any dealership I've ever visited. No pressure, they listen to what you want and find it. They help with everything, and they are completely honest and transparent about the process.
