Excellent service I purchased my third Lexus in 2017. One of the reasons for my loyalty to the brand is the excellent service experience. I never use any other. Maria also found a dent I missed and had it repaired. You can't ask for better service. More

Drama free trip to Lexus dealership Went for 10,000 mile service. Waited in a nice comfortable room with a cup of Starbucks and a bagel. Everything went well. Need a battery? Agent suggested that our battery tested weak. That night, in the garage, I picked up the hood. There was corrosion all over the battery terminals. You Agent suggested that our battery tested weak. That night, in the garage, I picked up the hood. There was corrosion all over the battery terminals. You think anyone actually looked at it? Do service agents work on commission? My experience here for 14 years has been largely satisfactory. If I return, I will expect someone to show me the work done and offer me any replaced parts. TRUST in this business is everything. Disappointed! More
