Process went smooth with Eugene was able to get a good price on the vehicle and got me an appointment set up for me to buy very quickly. When I got there he was with another customer, but he was able to w price on the vehicle and got me an appointment set up for me to buy very quickly. When I got there he was with another customer, but he was able to work with both of us and we were out of there in under 6 hours. He also gave me a free full tank of gas which normally doesn’t come with used vehicles which was a plus. My car also didn’t have any floor mats which was a little odd, but he went out of his way and stated that he will have some ordered and shipped to me. Overall I enjoyed my experience with Eugene at BMW of Freehold as he was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole buying process. More
