I’ve been a BMW customer for over 12 years and I usually see the same client advisor every time by choice. When I found out they no longer worked there, I was a little anxious, but the dealership introduced see the same client advisor every time by choice. He listened to me, was very professional, and didn’t hustle me or try to talk me into anything. He was very knowledgeable and did everything he could to ensure I was happy changing out leases.
