My 2019 Volkswagen e-golf got a piece of metal stuck in the tire. I had limited time because of work. They managed to squeeze me in and put a new tire on my vehicle. Backseat was fixed and seats were detailed after work was completed to removed any smudges etc. rental car was set up while work was being completed and was very easy process.
