Rearview Camera I was very disappointed in the fact that I had a 2015 VW Beetle and in the first year the rearview camera failed. It was replaced and then in October I was very disappointed in the fact that I had a 2015 VW Beetle and in the first year the rearview camera failed. It was replaced and then in October 2019 the camera failed again. I was told by the dealer that there were no cameras in the US and would have to be ordered from Germany. They would call me in a couple of weeks to let me know the ETA. I had to call the dealer several times asking about when the camera would be delivered so I could have it installed in my car. I waited almost 7 months and the camera never arrived. In January I was told by the dealer to call Toyota directly. I did this and explained to them what was going on and they said they would check into it and get back to me. All they did was check back with your dealership every 2 weeks and then call me and tell me there was still no ETA. I finally got tired of waiting and got rid of the car and got a different car (not a Volkswagen). This was totally unacceptable. One person from the dealer told me I was not the only customer who had this problem. I loved the Beetle but could not put up with not having a rearview camera for more than half a year!! More

I love the services that was made. Marina was kind and professional. As we were going around my husband and I were looking for another car to buy but no one was around to help us, so we left and came back when the car is done from getting Service, When I was told Marina left they assisted me with another lady(unknown name). I understand if it was busy but I would like it better when It could’ve been explain of what was done to the car, I have to asked for it and I felt rushed to leave.
